When you sign a contract with us, we select the best local restaurants to deliver meals directly to your guests' rooms. We collaborate with head chefs to create a menu tailored to your preferences. Your guests receive top-quality dishes, and you don't need to worry about anything. At the end of each month, the restaurant invoices you for the meals delivered at the agreed-upon rates, starting from breakfast. The lodging facility does not pay any commission to Iliada.

Creation of the package

Now, you can confidently create stay packages with meals included. Each reservation in the system that includes a meal selection means that your guests will receive, for example, breakfast during their stay. Our system transmits information about the purchased meal package to the chosen restaurant. You don't have to send anything or confirm separately.

Restaurant

The restaurant selected through our selection process delivers meals to lodging guests according to the agreed-upon menu. The restaurant receives information about the type of meal and the guest's arrival date when the reservation is made in the system. Meals are delivered by the restaurant without requiring additional confirmation from the lodging facility.

Delivery

The restaurant delivers meals according to the reservation's terms and conditions. Iliad guarantees breakfast delivery through an appropriate agreement with the restaurant, including contractual penalties for failing to meet the terms. The delivery is organized and guaranteed by the restaurant, following the established menu.
