The idea to create an application to operate various types of hotel facilities arose from the internal needs of our family business. He has been professionally running hotels and medical resorts with a very wide range of services for over 35 years. We couldn't find the right tools in the market to serve our guests staying at our resorts. Most software focuses on attracting guests to the facility, but does not sufficiently support guest service during their stay. In order to create appropriate tools, we have gathered a professional team of people from the IT industry, hotel industry, booking portals, and marketing, in order to build new quality together with our strength and experience. Our experimental facility was provided by Terma Słowacki Resort Medical SPA. This facility has one of the widest accommodation and service offers in Poland.

Our software is designed to attract customers via the website, "take care" of the guest during their stay and attract guests from outside - online offices and a hotel information sheet with instant messaging, an online store and other solutions. After a successful stay, the customer can use our loyalty program application and collect PLN points. For smaller resorts, we have created dedicated offers tailored to their needs, such as generating codes for hotel locks or a breakfast delivery program. We are in constant contact with these objects and incorporate their needs into the application code.
